Courier delivery within the UAE takes 2–4 business days, and postal delivery takes 5–10 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping is free on all UAE orders over 300 AED. For orders below this threshold, a flat fee of 25 AED applies. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Yes — once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation message with a tracking number. You can also see order status any time from your account.

We ship to all UAE emirates and offer international delivery to select countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

You can return an eligible item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 25 AED return shipping fee, or for an exchange.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

We work with natural stones and pearls, mother-of-pearl, glass, resin, and ceramic — sometimes combining materials, sometimes letting one take center stage. Earrings, chains, and clasps are made from a jewelry-grade alloy based on stainless steel, chosen for its durability and comfort — as are some pendants. Every piece is handmade from start to finish.

Yes — our materials are naturally hypoallergenic, gentle even on sensitive skin. As with any jewelry, we recommend putting it on last, after perfume and lotion have dried, to help preserve the finish.

Store pieces separately in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear, and remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.

Each piece is crafted by hand, so small variations in texture or finish are part of its character and not a fault.
