1. Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing mramor.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the site or place an order.

2. Who We Are

Mramor is operated by [Mramor legal entity name, as per your trade license], licensed to trade in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at support@mramor.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account. If you’re under 18, you can browse the site, but a parent or guardian will need to complete any purchase on your behalf.

4. Our Products

Every piece is handmade, and small variations in natural stones, pearls, and finishes are part of that — not a flaw. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but screen display and natural material variation mean the piece you receive may differ very slightly from the image. 5. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale. We’ll send you an order confirmation by email, but this confirms we’ve received your order — not that the item is reserved or in stock. A contract is only formed once we confirm your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there’s a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case we’ll notify you and refund any payment already made.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do what we can before it’s dispatched, but we can’t guarantee changes once processing has started.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AED and include UAE VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider; we don’t store your full card details. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but if a pricing error occurs, we’ll contact you before proceeding and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Our return, exchange, and warranty terms — including Mramor Spa — are detailed on our Returns & Exchanges page, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Mramor Club and Gift Cards

Mramor Club membership and gift cards are subject to their own terms, available on the Mramor Club and Gift Cards pages. Club bonuses have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash.

10. Your Account

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please make sure the information you give us is accurate and let us know if anything changes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, product designs, text, and the Mramor name and logo — belongs to Mramor or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

Please don’t use the site to do anything unlawful, attempt to access it through automated means (like scraping), interfere with its operation, or misuse it in a way that could harm us or other customers.

13. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party sites, such as our social media pages or delivery partners’ tracking tools. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t operate.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mramor isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or your order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under UAE Consumer Protection Law that can’t legally be excluded.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data, and forms part of these Terms.

16. Force Majeure

We won’t be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, courier disruptions, or government actions.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you’re entitled to under UAE law.
